To Lead Complete Polyolefin Plant Activity & Costumer Technically including: Machinery installation & assembly, Operation & Maintenance, Customer relation, Pricing and Costing & Field services; to achieve following targets: 1- Manage complete Qualification & Certification. 2- Plan the sample testing and coordinate with plant to meet the company target and customer satisfaction. 3- Technical support for fitting Fabrication, welding machine and other accessories. 4- Technical Support for Installation & operating any new production line. 5- Lead, Installation & training of new operating system “ORACLE”. 6- Manage complete Production lines with the optimum output according to company target. 7- Plan the orders and projects to meet the company target and customer satisfaction with the proper production planning. 8- Manage Polyethylene fitting Fabrication, welding machine and other accessories. 9- Installation & operation completely Polypropylene machines. 10- Lead, Installation & operation completely corrugated machines. 11- Installation of all utility equipment including dryer and chillers. 12- All Maintenance activity for a complete plant with its utilities (chillers, Compressors, Pumps, Tanks……etc.) 13- All material planning and forecasting the Raw Material. 14- All store and Inventory activity of fittings and welding machines and other poly ethylene accessories.

To Lead 2 Plants (Fiberglass Plant & Polyethylene Plant) Machinery installation activity then Industrial Services including the following: 1- Fabrication, Installation & operating Flowtite complete line Machinery (4 Meter dia) (including hydro test, calibration & cranes) fabrication, installation & Operation of Line # 3. 2- Construction & renovation of New plant for expansion of line # 3. 3- Installation of all utility equipment including all resin and sand Tanks 4- All Maintenance activity for a total of 7 Production lines of Fiberglass pipes and Poly Ethylene and its utilities (chillers, Compressors, Pumps, Tanks……etc.) 5- All Purchasing activity (total value around 30 Million US Dollars) 6- All store and Inventory activity of around 7 Million US Dollar stock value. 7- All Labor Camp Management and Maintenance activity
